In 1987, Mr. Hiawatha Williams opened his first Williams Chicken® Drive-Thru Eatery in Dallas, Texas. Today, there are over 40 Williams Chicken® stores in operation. The majority of the Williams Chicken® stores are located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area. However, store locations now include South, East, and West Texas, along with Northern Louisiana. Come grow with us! Our expansion will focus on locations that offer off-road visibility.
